		<description>Kristine, you raise a good point.  If the only relief is via payroll taxes, this stimulus wouldn&#039;t have any impact  on me, a service-providing self-employed professional.  The Obama campaign was responsive to bloggers; maybe you should tweet them to ask how their proposal would/should impact those of us without a paycheck.  

Relief as a credit against a 1st quarter estimated tax payment would be a huge boon, as the vast majority of my annual professional expenses fall between late March and late April.  Fingers are crossed!</description>
