Where’s My Rebate Check!?!

The IRS started sending rebates out on Monday April 28.
If you haven’t gotten yours yet, or you’re just wanting to check to see when you can expect to receive it, the IRS has added a “Where’s My Rebate” feature to their website.
This is an interactive feature that allows you to enter your personal information (Social Security number, filing status, and number of exemptions on your 2007 tax return) to find out the status of your rebate.
You can also review the payment schedule and visit the Economic Stimulus Payments Information Center for more information about the rebate check.

The last 2 digits of my social are 16 and other people in my house hold are 17 and 18 but its may 2nd and none of us has recieved it. We had direct deposit and we quealify. And we did ours taxes would you have any idea os whats going on?

Did you check the “where’s my rebate” feature to see if it gave you the status on your rebate? Go to https://sa1.www4.irs.gov/irfof/IRServlet?app=IRACTC and enter your SSN, filing status and number of exemptions. If you filed more than 6 weeks ago, it should give you the status of your rebate.
I was just asking my husband about our check the other day and I was wondering when it would arrive.
